HOW DOES Rhino Armor WORK?

By installing the Rhino Armor Agent on your Company workstations and servers, your Personal Helpdesk Technicians can remotely monitor and support your Company's IT infrustructure. If an issue arises, the User simply calls into their Personal Helpdesk and a friendly and knowledgeable Helpdesk Technician will be able to remotely assess their issue and work toward providing a solution.

At Critical Update, we believe in transparency. All the work that our technician performs is visible to the user, so the user can see exactly what is being done to their workstation.

HOW DOES THIS REDUCE MY COST?

Because of the versatility of Rhino Armor, you will be able to receive reports on all of the assets that the Rhino Armor Agent is deployed on, allowing you to have centralized reporting for your entire network.

WHAT IF THE ISSUE CANNOT BE RESOLVED REMOTELY ?

95% of all issues can be resolved remotely, but if an on-site IT Consultant is needed, all Rhino Armor clients are eligible for a discounted rate for on-site IT Consulting.

By having Rhino Armor the on-site consultant will be able to use their time more efficiently, as they will be updated by your Personal Helpdesk prior to arriving at your Office.
